Control technology and Logistics are the two catchwords of the product and service portfolio served by the ACD Group. The ACD Group is divided into three sectors so that solutions in this portfolio can be established successfully:
The sector Automation deals with all types of industrial control engineering for machines and installations . This sector encompasses industrial electronics and electrical engineering with following components:
- Planning, projecting, electronic-construction via CAD (EPLAN, ELCAD)
- Software design, start-up and service in the areas SPS-, CNC-, IPC-, robot control
- Control cabinets, machinery and construction installations
- International start-up and service
In Computer Technology, we work on the development of controls, CAD circuit board decartelisation and the production of components.
Various microprocessors are applied, dependent on the tasks and customer requirements. Our production areas are equipped with several machines and contain „Surfaced Mounted Technology“ (SMT) and „Through Hole Technology“ (THT).
The boards are tested with test systems from Digitaltest, HP/Agilent and Innovate 9000, among others. Our test systems involve in circuit, function and real time tests. We also use an inline-able X-ray inspection system from NIS for 100 % soldering joint tests and systems for automatic visual checks (AOI).
In the sector Data Technology , we develop and produce mobile data acquisition terminals (MDA), mainly for the areas of trade, logistic, industry and healthcare. We also provide customer- specific hardware and software solutions. Acquired data can be transmitted via usual interfaces (serial, USB, Ethernet) or via remote data transmission (modem, WLAN or infrared).
Furthermore we offer systems for acquisition of operation data, time data and machinery data. Of course, we are also available for organisation and realisation advises.
The ACD Antriebstechnik of the ACD Group supplies motion software, motive control system, E/A components and all components for servo-controlled drive technology from one supplier.
